DROPS is a secure capture and release mechanism and payload system that enables uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) to perform multi-mission operations autonomously. Our system, which offers unique in-flight recharging capabilities extending the range of electric drones using supplemental power, allows for the remote operation of multiple payloads to be autonomously captured, delivered and recovered, without human intervention.
