TB2 Aerospace’s work within the UK, the EU and the wider NATO setting was, for a long time, handled by a single representative. That changed in July 2025 with the launch of TB2 Aerospace UK Limited. The new company structure gives us a stronger base, closer contact with clients in this region and, importantly, the freedom to adjust and refine the DROPS platform so that it meets the precise needs of customers operating here.
Although we maintain a close working relationship with our US parent company, TB2 Aerospace UK holds independent design and manufacturing rights. This allows us to shape and adapt our systems at the pace required by European defence and commercial users. Our goal is simple: effective logistics delivered where and when they are needed.
A broader view of drone capability
Many assume that drones will have value mainly as strike systems. At TB2 Aerospace UK, we take a wider view. Logistics delivered reliably can be just as decisive as kinetic force. In long campaigns, sustained resupply shapes outcomes. In commercial settings, reliable movement of materials is often the key to continuity and safety. For both groups, dependable logistics support provides a lasting advantage.
Our DROPS system is created with this in mind. The design supports rapid delivery, operational resilience and flexible use across different environments, from secure facilities through to contested regions. This is not about dramatic statements; it is about systems that work when required.
Consultancy and integration expertise
TB2 UK also operates as a consultancy, independent of our US partner. A major part of our current work focuses on a method to bring crewed and uncrewed systems together in a practical, safe and controlled way. That includes aerial, ground and surface vehicles. Integration across these areas is complex, but our approach is based on patience, testing and steady improvement.
We place emphasis on progress that is gradual and well-reasoned - ‘evolution, not revolution’. Sudden change may attract attention, but in critical settings it is rarely the best choice. Thoughtful growth, backed by experience, tends to produce systems that last.
Built on hard-earned experience
Our team consists of three senior specialists with more than 120 years of combined experience across the armed forces, major defence firms and small enterprises. Each member has dealt with the pressures of operational requirements, commercial demands and practical delivery. That shared background informs every decision we make.
TB2 Aerospace UK stands on this foundation. Our growth is shaped by experience, responsibility and a clear understanding of what customers actually need. As we continue to develop the DROPS platform and expand our consultancy work, our focus remains constant: reliable logistics capability and steady, well-judged technical progress.
